Samples
Our photographs are as accurate as possible, but we strongly recommend that you request samples of your chosen fabrics prior to ordering. Orders placed without a prior sample being seen by the customer will not be acceptable for refund in the event of the colour not being acceptable.
Minimum Orders
The minimum order is 1m of any fabric and thereafter in 10cm increments.
Out of Stock Items
Any items that are out of stock will be notified by phone or e-mail and a choice will be given to change the order, wait for stock or cancel. Cancellation will result in all monies paid being refunded.
Made-to-Measure Service
Our made-to-measure service is available to UK customers only. Made-to-measure orders cannot be cancelled once placed and accepted. As the Goods which you order are manufactured according to the measurements you provide in your order it is very important that your measurements are accurate. We cannot accept the return of the Goods by reason of the measurements provided being incorrect.
Fire Retardant Treatment
All our fabrics can be supplied with a fire retardant treatment. Whilst we are happy to arrange for this treatment to be applied prior to fabric being despatched to the customer, the treatment is wholly at the customer's risk. Kidz Collection cannot be held responsible for any problems, complaint or non-fitness for purpose as these treatments are out of our control. Contact us for more details.
Prices
Kidz Collection reserve the right to review prices and terms at anytime and therefore these are subject to change without notice.
FREE to a single UK address. Orders will usually be despatched within three weeks.
Privacy Policy
Kidz Collection guarantee not to pass your details on to any third party, except for delivery purposes.
Returns
All orders are carefully checked before despatch. Incorrect, faulty or damaged goods must be notified by e-mail, phone or in writing within three days of receipt. A full refund or exchange will be given for any incorrect, faulty or products damaged in transit.
Returns which are neither faulty, incorrect nor damaged will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. In this event postage charges will not be refunded.
Should you wish to return goods it is the BUYERS responsibility to ensure that goods are returned adequately packed and insured. Incorrect items which are received in good condition by the customer will not accepted for credit if they are received damaged at Kidz Collection.
No returns will be accepted if goods have had any treatment applied or have been cut in any way. This includes any fabric for which we have arranged a Fire Retardant treatment prior to despatch to the customer. Such treatments are out of our control and cannot be our responsibility. Please include all original packaging with your return.
No guarantees or refunds can be given with regard to:
- wear, fading or shrinkage of fabric
- damage due to misuse, abuse or accidents
Made-to-measure items that have been altered by the customer will not be accepted for credit.
'Check before you cut' as no refunds will be given once the fabric has been cut.
